Agent and editor critiques are included with registration but are limited by available table space. If you are interested in the agent-editor roundtables you must sign up when you register for the conference

Manuscript Checklist:

All manuscripts must be formatted correctly or they will not be reviewed.

Bring with you the first page of your manuscript as follows:

  • Double-spaced
  • 12 point Times New Roman font
  • One inch margins all around
  • Title, genre and word count on top of the first page

How it Works:

  • Complete your registration and pay in full for conference
  • The event is limited to 100 participants, preregistration is required (see above)
  • Before the conference, an email will be sent instructing you to use Sign-up Genius and choose one agent or editor
  • Based on availability we will try to match you with your preferred publishing professional 
  • Bring the first page of your manuscript, double-spaced, one-inch margins all around, in 12 point Times New Roman font
  • A table will be assigned with an agent or editor, as well as a published author
  • The published author will read your page aloud and the agent or editor will offer feedback. No one else at the table is allowed to comment
  • You can present your page anonymously or identify yourself
  • Each feedback session will last no more than five minutes
  • If the agent or editor is interested in seeing more, she or he can let you know
  • One critique per attendee​
